Pros

It is a growing company with stable employment. Benefits are good. Liberal unpaid medical absences with Dr.s note.

Cons

Auto batteries are highly competitive so expenses including salaries are not as high as other industries. Small retirement benefits but also has some profit sharing. Exceptional persons may or may not be recognized for their effort.

Pros

Everyone in the team is very nice. I learned a lot from the training. I have my own room, and there is a dinning room, I can decide when to have the lunch break.

Cons

I didn't work at the head office, I worked at the Accounting Department at Pikering, so I have no idea about how is the head office.

Pros

Great benefits and hours. Friendly people to work with.

Cons

Rules are not defined and there is a large grey area for every one. People are not treated equally. Managers do not evaluate their employees and raises are not merit based.
