Above average pay. Excellent health care (Choice of Three). Spring time Bonus. Vacation time. Dorney Park Picnic (they rent the whole park for one day for Employees). Very good on site medical. Very good advancement possibilities, They look within, the employees, to fill a position before going outside , ex.- medical, QA, IT Tech, management.

Cons

Working conditions. High Lead (respirators should be worn), +++you are monitored for lead in the blood and instructed if high for respirator wear+++ Some don't like the required showers after the shift-your in a large shower room (I say "get over it!")
