Good workplace, but not enough for those who work hard

Pros

Good work environment. Plenty of work to be done, always. Large enough company to move around in, if the time is right.

Cons

Too much work to do, sometimes. Seems to be the hard workers cover for the slackers most days. Most people only want their paycheck.
