Products are services are first-class and proud to be here. Leadership is competent AND hand's off. Ideas are welcome and encouraged. Employees are super smart and engaged their work. Comp is competitive.

Cons

Covid makes connecting with one another more challenging, however, leadership is trying with creative ideas.

- Team members are incredible intelligent, experienced and skilled, - Employee turnover is extremely low, - Most projects are sophisticated, and therefore challenging, - Most customers are very trusting and loyal, - The culture is very family-oriented and family-like.

Cons

Because of various locations it is very hard to have everyone in the team together at the same time.
