      Mission, Vision and Values integrated into the daily operations and constantly reinforced from the very top of the overall organization (ProAssurance CEO). Striving to be the employer of choice through various internal initiatives.

      As with any larger diversified organization, there are communication challenges between business segments.

      A lot is getting done to improve the company. Huge investment recently made in doing an employee survey.

      Cons

      Limited to none work from home options. Old school with that fact.

      Pros

      Good co - workers. Small company handling work comp administration for small to mid size employers adequately. Knowledgeable staff with excellent skills and dependable leadership.

      Cons

      Small company means they must keep the clients they have to remain viable as a third party administrator. Hard to keep up technically with the larger TPAs in this industry.
