Cons

Will not provide a referral despite over 5 years of employment. After experiencing extreme and traumatic personal circumstances they cancelled our professional contract. These circumstances effected 6 months of performance with punctuality of charting and schedule, not quality of patient care. Instead of stating assets as a provider, they chose to focus on 6 months of performance after divorce, 3 moves and dealing with a mentally ill family member.

Will hire you even if not qualified. In the midst of acquisition by larger organization. Just putting bodies in positions to make things look good. Was a strong community hospital at one time

Cons

Senior leadership very poor, biding their time until merger done. Cutting costs, resources and positions without care for what it does to patient care. Nurse to patient ratio horrible. Needs to rebuild with new leadership that has handle on what other hospitals doing to be successful but also build strong foundation with staff and patient care. Everything they are doing is superficial and will crumble soon. Stay away unless desperate and be sure you have good malpractice insurance
