Some shift supervisors are very accommodating

Hr doesn’t exist They reference a contract to assign tasks and floating that doesn’t exist and no one has access to. The contract given doesn’t list float policies that are relevant. Management can be unprofessional Cliques between shifts that management doesn’t address Unreasonable time off policy. You are only allowed to take weekends off if you find coverage no matter how far in advance.
