Throughout your tenure, you’re eligible for additional PTO and milestone anniversaries are celebrated with larger incentives. We strive to keep pay competitive for existing and new employees. In addition to offering an option that includes NO premium for employees, for those on the high deductible plans, each employee receives a contribution to their Health Savings Account to help with the cost of medical care. We added a PPO option to our benefit options for 2023. To be sure you are taking advantage of all Eastern’s benefit options, please feel free to reach out to Human Resources any time. That said, we are happy to see that you are content with the large amount of Paid Time Off we offer, as well as the snacks and food that we keep handy to help keep everyone fueled throughout the work day!
