Pros

Everyone in leadership is so burnt out and checked out at this agency that *sometimes* you don't feel totally micromanaged

Cons

-Toxic, emotionally immature, and spiteful leadership -Terrible clinical guidance and supervision -Punitive policies and leadership that make morale terrible and cause employees to work against each other -They do not value the mental well being of their employees -Leadership does not thoughtfully listen or respond to employee concerns -Will encourage you to work against client's best interest in order to adhere to policy (that they write but will not change) -No support from leadership -Absolutely no caps on caseload and they will attempt to fill your week with as many clients as possible. When you tell them you can't take on any more clients, leadership will pull up your calendar and attempt to "create space" for you by trimming any breaks you have to complete paperwork, meetings, etc.. The expectation is that you work non-stop supporting extremely high-needs clients.

Pros

Health insurance, close to home, decent coworkers

Cons

Management does not listen, understaffed, does not keep employees safe from potential harm, overworked, low morale. They pile on more and more work without bringing on more staff. They brag about “employee wellness” when many of us are seconds away from tears. There is ZERO training. It takes months of begging management or IT to fix something.
