High integrity company and leadership; fantatstic people to work with; numerous career opportunities; extremely safety oriented; good pay and benefits, stable employment.

Cons

Big company, sometimes slow to get to decisions. Functions sometimes work too much in their own silo's, not enough look across functions.

The benifits are amazing. The overall atmosphere at work is outstanding. The relationships that you build with your co-workers can not be beat. This company gives so much back to the community it makes you proud to work here.

Cons

For me the only downside I have to working at eastman is my drive to work takes me about 30 minutes. other than that I have no complaints
