Stock price has gone up by a factor of 7 since 2009. Dividends have increased almost 20% in the last 2 years.

Cons

Raises for non-managerial employees are meager. Benefits (health care, retirement/pension) are eroding or gone. Culture is trying to change from one of cooperation to one where there is competition between employees. Management claims that employees are their greatest resource, but their actions are contrary.
