      Pros

      Team oriented environment allows for sharing of ideas and collaboration amongst workforce. This idea is entity wide and truly shows the "tone at the top."

      Cons

      Being based out of a small town provides unique opportunities as well as challenges. Overall, this plays to a strength for the Company.

      Pros

      The environment at Eastman is incredibly collaborative and uplifting for everyone. Everyone seems to have the company's best interest ahead of their own, and its apparent in the day-to-day activities around the office. Eastman values hard work and integrity, and rewards employees accordingly. Eastman is a growing company with a lot of opportunity, I feel very fortunate to work at Eastman Chemical Company.

      Cons

      Depending on how you like to spend your free time, some see the location as a Con. Kingsport is not a large city, and the closest bigger cities are 1+ hours away.
