Pros

Eastman most of all is focused on the safety of every individual. Many programs and a lot of time is spent on making Eastman a safe place to work. Also vacation, time off, scheduling, etc. for a lab technician is really nice. The work environment and being a part of the team is a good feeling.

Cons

Graduate degrees are needed for what used to only require a 4-year degree, at least in my case of being a technician instead of a chemist. Health insurance for the newer employees has a very high deductible.
