      Pros

      Eastman is a growing organization with a track record of success. The employees work hard and genuinely care about the success of each other and the organization. There is a great deal of passion and loyalty for the organization - more than I've seen at other employers I've been with.

      Cons

      The area is a beautiful and people are very friendly. The location, however is somewhat remote and travel to/from can be difficult.

      - Integration between the Manufacturing, Engineering, and Financial divisions - Ability to move between business (P&L) jobs and business support jobs; career path variety - Very competitive salary packages - Culture is very collaborative; and management is open to new ideas from non-management contributors - Growth company

      - HQ is located in a smaller city as opposed to outside a large city, although this might be very appealing

      Pros

      Various places to work both geographically and positions. More than just engineering jobs. An employer who participates in the local community and encourages employees as well (i.e. United Way). Big supporter of veterans, the environment, and volunteer programs! Talented executive staff.

      Cons

      Compensation is behind other companies starting rates. Takes a while to advance.
