Eastmans seems to be growing in a positive way, building off of the functional base. Having a Financial person in charge has been a definite plus.

Cons

Headquarters are in a remote location relative to access to large cities and things to do.

For the last 36 years, I have lived and worked for Eastman around the world in twelve countries and four continents. Throughout those assignments, Eastman's concern and focus on family was paramount. While the work challenges were tough and delivery of results always expected, Eastman made sure that the employee and family were well supported. From the weekly delivery of a home town newspaper while outside the US to making sure our pet arrived safely, Eastman made the employee's family a priority.

Cons

I don't have another four decades to work for this company. I am jeleous of the next generation and the contributions they will add to Eastman's legacy of growth and success.

People working sharing a high performance culture based on great experiences. Company really honor safety way of work "all in for safety" and promote a good-neighbor enviroment

Cons

In some cases there are too much burocracy, seems like we have too many format to through, perhaps this is for the size fo the company itself
