the dirty staff room is pretty big.

got fired at my three month review because I didn't "fit the culture" they were trying to promote. total garbage reason.

Pros

A reasonably paying business to work for with okay benefits and some managers who genuinely care

Cons

Rampant bigotry and homophobia amongst staff which is completely uncontested by management. Improvement is definitely possible but the entire business would need to take a long, hard look at what they value and what they want to encourage
