Pros

Benefits are good. Although that is only for the person working there. They do not discount having a dependent or spouse

Cons

Eataly has been going downhill for quite some time. I personally should have jumped ship a while back. They will make it very factual that you are expendable. If you’re reading this and thinking about applying please trust me it’s not worth your time. It is absolute chaos in the way it is run and management is clueless. I have vast experience and expertise of the restaurant industry and this place is the worst by far.

Pros

A growing company means a lot of opportunities to build a career if you want it. Be ready to put in the time but it is worth it. A great team, family atmosphere with the support you need to make it happen. Solid benefits including bonus for all employees. Food is incredible!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of
