Pros

Nothing positive about this company, they promise you the world and come up with nothing.

Cons

Pay is really low. No job guidance, don't give you feedback ever so you have to guess what is your performance and what you need to do. I have not seen or spoken to my boss since he hired me. He relegated me to another team leader but never gave me any training or formal introduction. Benefits are really bad, health insurance is not payed by the company, you have to pay ALL yourself, is cheaper to get something in the Gov marketplace. Facilities are fitly, so go to the bathroom before going to work.

Pros

None experience ups. He’s lives with staff and dates lower managers. Zero confidentiality. If your Italian skies the limit if your clueless.

Cons

Discounts and manager outing for certain people. If your in restaurants consider yourself not attending any events since it’s so busy but their is an exception you’ll need to date someone in Hr or live with the half of the staff.
