Mismanaged but good money

Pros

Money, short shift, guaranteed break, good scheduling app where you can see your earnings easily

Cons

Not well managed, paying for parking, nowhere to keep personal belongings (sorry I don't want my $400 purse kept in my car), training was a joke

Exposure to lots of different business practices

Pros

if you interview as a server, ask to be put at pastaio, it is extremely busy but you are very well paid, management is much more willing to be flexible with you. (Terra and Pizza Pasta servers make about the same $800/wk, but working at Pastaio always made my checks look better)

Cons

Management willingly stifles your ability to make money, HR is complacent as well as the Owner. I worked at Terra and consistently never had enough cutlery/glassware to do my job as my bosses wanted me to.
