Pros

Flat 40-hr sick time for all employees after 3 mos. Many of the employees at Eataly seem to be nice people who are knowledgeable about their department. Free Family meal. Coffee discount for employees.

Cons

Store-wide: Flat 40-hr sick time for all employees after 3 mos. PTO is only accrued if you make full-time hours. The common locker room has smelled like death since before I got hired. No dietary-restriction-friendly options typically available for Family meal. Within QSR: Turnover feels sky-high. You will likely spend a LOT of time feeling like you're flying by the seat of your pants. It feels like we are often not given adequate tools, and then asked to "just make do." There seems to be a general disregard for the experience of QSR Associates here.
