Pros

Paid weekly. 20 percent discount. Paid weekly. Paid weekly. Paid weekly. Paid weekly. Paid weekly. And once again, paid weekly. Not Much else. But, I need to add More words.

Cons

Lack understanding of what “team” means. Not a lot of people who speak English there. It’s not a situation where you are going to excel.

Pros

As a manager, there is no pro other than having it listed on your resume for future employers to see. That is all.

Cons

pay isn't even competitive, its very difficult to keep a healthy work/life balance, upper management is a revolving door, the salaried and hourly employee turnover rate is out of control, very few elements within different departments are consistently upheld.
