Pros

My co workers were great! I loved interacting with the guest. We also got free meals during breaks/lunch in our break room. And they gave us gifts during the holiday season. We also got paid every Friday

Cons

Management were new so they didn't know what they were really doing. There was a-lot of picking who they wanted to say current things to which wasn't fair to other employees.

Pros

-Easy to make friends in and outside your department. -Free food, coupons and such. -Discount is decent -Loved my supervisors & team members

Cons

-The lunch is never labeled. This is especially difficult when you have allergies and/or dietary restrictions (religious or otherwise) and can't tell what kind of meat they are serving. Pretty surprising practice for a restaurant. -Employee bathrooms are disgusting. -Management is extremely inconsiderate and indifferent. The department only cares about money, it could care less about the well-being of their employees. -Don't expect any respect if you're a cashier, janitor, server, cook, etc...especially if you're a woman and/or person of color. -Very understaffed, especially in terms of cashiers. -There is no exit interview if you're a lower-level employee. (I'm considering this my exit interview)
