Pros

You are always on your toes and there's never a dull day. Meet all types of customers and good for networking if they are in an industry of your interest. Offer classes to learn more about products such as wine tastings, intro to Chocolates and the brands offered there, etc..

Cons

Poor management with unrealistic expectations. Achievements and good work is not recognized as often as it should be in order to boost employee morale.
