Great company

Pros

Stable company with great benefits, competitive pay and a decent work life balance. They are making a huge investment into the Jeannette campus so they will be here for years to come.

Cons

Upward mobility is limited and growth in position is slow. New employees get 3 weeks of vacation but the next jump doesn't start until 10 years of service. Internal tools are clunky and don't interface with other programs requiring a fair amount of manual effort.

Pros

You get paid. It's a job if you need one.

Cons

Very weak HR department all 30 of them. Upper management a joke. They love women, not so much men. Morale is terrible.

Pros

Money is ok. Work environment is ok.

Cons

Terrible management have no clue what’s going on. If you can act like you know a lot they’ll hire you and put you on daylight. Keep you on the off shift even when new employees are hired they stay on daylight for a while. There is no process on the floor and management doesn’t listen to the experienced people on the floor.
