Steady Work, job longevity, competitive salary, decent benefits, low traffic location, worldwide company, established product lines, experienced work force (mostly the more tenured employees)

Cons

Has somewhat lost it's way in recent years. Too many people promoted into positions they are not suited for although in there own minds they are. Has become very cliquish.

Friendly coworkers although resistant to change and many are incompetent. Products have a good reputation in the industry.

Cons

Terrible management. Most don't even seem to know what is going on in the industry. HR doesn't even know what products Elliott manufactures.
