Power Tripping VP

Pros

- Great coworkers. - Ability to travel to vendor sites & customers. - Fabrication shop is located on campus.

Cons

- If you were to search the term railroaded, you would see what our wonderful VP Mark B has done to our team. Going from a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/ 2 at home, to a mandatory 4 days in office with Monday & Friday not eligible for remote all in less than a week. This came with no warning and as an emotional decision rather than providing us with KPI's or metrics to indicate that this was necessary. Good luck recruiting & retaining talent as people will start to leave especially if you eliminate the last remote day. There's a reason why you are labeled as a "bad people person" and "difficult to work with" and now you are losing the respect you once had.
