Occasional discounts offered minor relief, but they were nowhere near enough to outweigh the misery

Cons

- Associates were buried under endless tasks, with far too few people scheduled to handle the workload - Broken systems failed constantly, dumping even more chaos onto frontline staff already stretched thin - Paychecks were an insult compared to the stress and abuse endured every single day - Burnout hit quickly, and the nonstop turnover was a glaring problem that management chose to ignore

The actual tasks weren't terrible, but any potential in this job was ruined by the people running the place.

Cons

Management showed no concern for the employees at all. We were thrown into the job with no proper training, then blamed and punished when things went wrong. Mistakes weren’t treated as opportunities to learn—they were used as reasons to humiliate and berate people. The system in place made absolutely no sense.
