Pros

I work with different types of people so I have the chance to learn various things. The main part of my job is managing relationships with schools and helping them run their online bookstores. I have to be ready to solve problems on the fly because every day is different. This keeps things interesting for me. Even though I’m still fairly new, I like the mix of working on my own while knowing the team has my back when I need help.

Cons

Not really. I have to wear a lot of hats but it gives me an extra push to develop my skills so I don't see that as a con.

All I know is that working here was one of the most miserable experiences I've had!

Cons

I hated how management had such high expectations for employees, even though they never gave us any proper training or guidance! We were always yelled at and berated for not knowing how to do our jobs, which made everyone demoralized and humiliated. If you have any dignity, avoid working here!
