I needed work that was consistent, and the company delivered on that. Hours are steady, with paychecks arriving on time. Excellent training that let me the ground running instantly. Teammates who step in when things get busy. Steady flow of customers during peak times like the start of each semester which made selling much easier.

Cons

We have our difficult weeks when sales are slow but that’s normal

Hybrid/remote work, though that could also be the reason working with your colleagues be a nightmare!

Cons

The job would've been a good one if people from other teams would actually cooperate with you! But there's a huge communication gap mainly because we work remote most of the week and because these people are arrogant and just won't cooperate!
