It was great for the first few months before it went downhill.

Cons

It can be an extremely toxic environment. The CEO is such an aggressive, tyrant and paranoid person that all of the employees are working in constant fear of him. It's an extremely stressful and draining environment. He should be replaced. People are leaving because of him. If you value your mental health and professional growth, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Here, I feel supported and encouraged to share my ideas. Another big plus for me is the flexibility in work hours, which reflects the company's focus on work-life balance. There are also lots of learning opportunities, so it's a good place to grow. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you value flexibility and a friendly environment.
