The company had a handful of dedicated staff who tired their best despite the chaos.

Cons

Working there was a real mess due to management's incoherent approach. The decisions they made were often insane and completely out of touch with reality, leading to endless confusion and lack of direction. Their insolent attitude towards employees only made things worse, as it felt like they had no regard for the practical issues we faced daily.

Work isn't that hard if you're not pressured and harassed of doing so many things at once.

Cons

There is a lack of guidance from the management yet the expectations are unreasonably high! That's the main cause of my anxiety and stress, the awful feeling of not being worthy because I couldn't get the job done right!
