This is a place where showing up, doing your job well, and being dependable are truly valued. There's respect for the unglamorous but essential work that keeps the business running. You don't feel like just a face in the warehouse crowd; you feel like someone whose contribution is recognized and appreciated.

Cons

You don't have much in the way of advancement opportunities in a warehouse, so it's not a job for people with great ambitions.

Employees get some perks, but they're generally insignificant.

Cons

Burnout is inevitable here at Ecampus. Employees here are unfortunately burdened with unreasonable amounts of workloads. The work environment here is exhausting and overwhelming. All my co-workers here are overworked, and we're all forced to accomplish brutal work shifts. Sadly the leaders aren't interested in reducing the burden on the employees.
