I can confidently say that this company has no pros. I am talking from an employee's perspective who has actually worked here.

Cons

The workloads were stressful and higher than usual. It led to the need to put in long, brutal, and exhausting hours repeatedly. Though some employees adjusted to it, many struggled. I couldn't adjust as I couldn't bear having a terrible work-life balance and no time for my kids. The arrogant management didn't accept any form of feedback from employees and just wanted us to bow to their demands. Avoid it if you can!

The salary was decent, not exceptional, but it covered my basic needs.

Cons

The CEO of the company had a really arrogant and snobby attitude that affected everyone in the company. He would always show off how rich and well-connected he was, and he treated his employees poorly, often making rude comments and getting angry over small things. The company itself was chaotic, lacking a clear plan, which wasted time and resources and made it hard to achieve anything. The worst part was the toxic work culture at Ecampus.com, where employees were constantly in competition and there was a lot of gossip and betrayal. The CEO actually encouraged this behavior because it helped him control his employees more easily.

The people here are nice at least, especially my co-workers. But leaders need to be also good at leading, not just nice.

Cons

It doesn't get any more chaotic than this. Employees have no faith in the management because most of our supervisors are disorganized and unable to provide effective solutions. It's like the company just picked random unqualified people to be part of the leadership.
