The managers really know how to create a supportive work environment, especially for people with little or no experience. They take teaching and learning to heart, which makes this a great place to grow. Plus, they keep the workload pretty balanced, so everyone can handle their tasks without feeling swamped.

Positive and flexible work environment and very supportive team, great training. Management's always open to feedback and ready to offer guidance. The benefits are excellent (including medical, dental, and vision coverage) and the work-life balance is a big plus.
