Pros

I work with different types of people so I have the chance to learn various things. The main part of my job is managing relationships with schools and helping them run their online bookstores. I have to be ready to solve problems on the fly because every day is different. This keeps things interesting for me. Even though I’m still fairly new, I like the mix of working on my own while knowing the team has my back when I need help.

Cons

Not really. I have to wear a lot of hats but it gives me an extra push to develop my skills so I don't see that as a con.

The company has a clear mission and vision and the senior leadership communicates well its strategies and direction. For me, the best things about working here are the fair policies, strong teamwork, and realistic targets. I'm also pleased we get all the resources we need to succeed in our jobs.

The benefits are comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision. My coworkers are approachable and driven by open communication, making it easy to share ideas and concerns. The training and development programs are also accessible.
