Pros
Some of these reviews are from former employees that wanted everything to be handed to them in one year or less. This company rewards hard work and can escalate your career path quickly. For some people it's a 'stepping stone' job and others it's a longer tenure. It all depends on what someone makes of their opportunity.
Cons
No doubt that the building needs to be renovated. There have been some enhancements over the last 12-18 months that shows management acknowledges it.
