ability to gain experience doing a variety of tasks, promotes from within, great benefits including health, dental and vision

Cons

busy seasons at eCampus.com can get overwhelming but once you learn how to balance all of your tasks they become very manageable

likelihood of being promoted from within is high, supportive managers, good work/life balance, nice benefits package for full-time employees

Cons

depending on your position you may feel like you have a lot on your plate at first but I have found this to be a pro in the end due to the hands on self-taught learning I will take with me in the future!

sit around 90% of the day. It sounds fine at first, but sitting down for 5 hrs straight not doing anything is tiring.
