Pros

Job Security, flexible hours, not really to much else to add for pro's of echostar other than what was stated.

Cons

Lack of growth, stagnant working conditions, low pay for the position based on industry pay curve, poor project communication, poor inter-departmental relations, lack of quality driven focus.

Pros

Reputation in satellite industry and I liked the company because of telecom domain

Cons

Benefits are not good. Managers tend to play with their team members. Especially Indian managers exploit the work place. No flexibility. More work with limited resources. Downside no career advancements because of the barriers (Immediate managers).
