Pros
The location is pretty good, they give a discount on TV service, and the people are good to work with. If you like technology then you can get some interesting projects, and learn from people who know more than you. All in all not a bad first company experience, but wouldn't want to stay for ever.
Cons
The health benefits are a joke, the salaries are generally below average, and the company is cheap in every aspect. The company direction is confusing due to the recent split but continued common leadership.
