Pros

Working in the Television field, I like being able to see some of the newest stuff first. Great balance between work and life. I like working with most of my co-workers.

Cons

Benefits are a lot to be desired, and leadership needs some work. Moral seems to be down do to deteriorating benefits. I personally don't like the use it or lose it policy toward vacation time. That specific policy caused me to lose a full days worth of pay because I needed a two week vacation and, I took the first of the year off thinking that would count toward last years paid days off.

Pros

Lot's of oppurtunity to advance due to rapid turnover. The technology is fun to work with and continually offers new challenges.

Cons

Outright disrespect of employees by senior management. Senior management goals change on a daily basis, creating uncertainty and undermining the integrity of the product.

Pros

The company does not lay people off. Manning is kept low in all departments which makes for decent job security. Free service (lowest grade package) help cut down on the monthly bills.

Cons

Pay is below industry standards, benefits are poor. Top-down management leaves front line supervisors waiting for someone else to make a decision. Most of the work is done by a few select employees which allows many to collect a paycheck by waiting for something to go wrong. Company is willing to hold off paying it's suppliers till the last minute, even to the point of extending billing terms.
