Pros

Really easy job, good pay, plus a monthly bonus based on performance.

Cons

The management team isn’t clear about expectations, especially since things are constantly changing. There’s noticeable favoritism, which affects your eligibility for raises, and you often get passive-aggressive responses when asking for clarification. Communication between departments is poor, and you’re constantly being given misinformation

Pros

At the time had good people, but they’re all gone for a reason.

Cons

Was there for over a decade-longer than most, and never felt that the company valued its employees. Travel policy—forced to room with another employee to save money. $13 max for breakfast, $15 max for lunch, $26 max for dinner per diem. Hotel max at $100/night. Always lost $60 every time I travelled. Many years of no pay increase—always an excuse even during the healthier financial times. I’ve had better benefits working for places with far lesser means. Badge in badge out hours watched like a hawk. Zero flexibility—if you have a family that comes second. Stay away. I wish I would have departed many years before I did.

We're truly sorry to hear that your long tenure with us ended with such a negative perception, and we understand your frustrations regarding the travel policy, per diem limits, and lack of pay increases during your time here. We also regret that you felt a lack of employee value and flexibility, especially concerning work-life balance and family commitments. We're continuously reviewing our policies and practices to ensure our employees feel appreciated and supported, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Thank you for providing your candid feedback.
