Pros

Get your hopes up on a great career

Cons

Gives false job title, just to lure in, over qualified candidates. Then they tell you, you actually applied to a custodial position.

Pros

I started my journey at DISH in Bluefield, WV as an entry level call center agent. What makes this company stand out is how often they saw potential in me before I could even see it in myself. Over the last six years, I’ve been promoted six times moving from Customer Service Level 1 to my current role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate for CXO Wireless and DBS. Each step in my growth, from Customer Specialist, to Chat, Advanced Support, Office of the President, Relationship Repair, and eventually into full-cycle recruiting was made possible because of the people around me. My leaders and teams truly believed in my ability to grow and provided ongoing learning, development, and support. The culture here fosters genuine inclusion, recognition, and upward mobility. DISH has helped me turn what started as just a job into a meaningful and fulfilling career. If you're looking for a place that invests in its people and gives you room to evolve, this is it.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be challenges with fast paced change and shifting priorities. At times, communication gaps can occur when new processes roll out quickly. However, these are often met with follow-up support and training. Workloads can also be demanding, but they’ve pushed me to grow in ways I never expected and taught me how to thrive under pressure.
