      Antiquated Ridgid Policies, Out of Touch with Employees and Customers, Frequently implements new policies reactively and with minimal evaluation of their potential impact on productivity, workflow efficiency, or overall business performance. ATO is intended to provide relief from the stressful work environment while also helping offset business costs. Although it was presented as a universally available benefit, restrictions were applied inconsistently on a case-by-case basis without clear communication or review.

      Stable corporate environment, but strict office policies

      5 days in office. Badge system dings you for anytime outside of the office including walks or lunches outside.
