Pros

Very generous benefit plan: health, vision, dental, FSA, 403b plan, PTO.

Cons

Turnover is very high. Good employees aren't valued so leave or are forced to leave. Management tends to overlook the data complied by the exit interview as well as the suggestions given by exiting employees.

Pros

Flexible schedule, fun teammates, rewarding work at times

Cons

Management is chaotic, demanding, and shows favoritism to foster parents who should not be licensed; long work hours when there’s a crisis; be ready to be in the hot seat when things go wrong

Pros

Room for growth within company Good place to begin a career in social services/nonprofits

Cons

Very numbers driven Lack of Managerial support (managers from other departments will tell you you have to do something when it is not something that is able to be done) Micromanaging Negative work environment Lots of blaming/try to deflect blame They don't value employees, it's basically a revolving door, everyone is replaceable/expendable
