Pros

The work is important and some coworkers are passionate and wonderful people.

Cons

The pay discrepancy between supervisors and senior leaders is almost unbelievable. There are lots of senior leaders, and at least some of them barely know what work is being done on their teams. Leadership was adamantly against employees working from home, despite conditions that are not conducive to productivity in the office (work spaces with no privacy, too many people crammed into small spaces and lots of noise and commotion).
