Pros

Great Mission, Help Children in Need

Cons

Poor Management, Bad Leadership and Decision Making, Not Honest About Benefits. Huge difference between executive salaries and staff salaries, more comparable to private sector than non-for-profit.

Pros

You do feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when helping children in care out.

Cons

It's all about the bottom dollar and is a revolving door for children. The more children in care, the more money eckerd receives. Not enough, if any, resources available for older children to receive assistance and tools to succeed.
