      Pros

      The philosophy of the program and relationships with immediate coworkers is great. Alot of rewarding experiences helping young girls

      Cons

      The leadership team makes decisions without consulting the staff that actually works with the kids. There is alot of disrespect with the upper staff that contradicts what they are supposed to be teaching. The main Clearwater office is completely disconnected from their programs and are anything but helpful

      Pros

      Living in the woods, really making an impact, trips, getting paid to play games! Hard work, but good hard work

      Cons

      People complained about hours when you really knew what you were getting into. Executive Leadership unappreciative of staff and quite arrogant.
