Cons
poor pay (2 years and no raise?); poor upper management; high turnover; high caseloads; little support from supervisors who are also over worked; impossible demands (too many cases, too much travel, deadlines for paper work that are unrealistic if you have a life aside from this job, which unfortunately you won't)
