The philosophy of the program and relationships with immediate coworkers is great. Alot of rewarding experiences helping young girls

Cons

The leadership team makes decisions without consulting the staff that actually works with the kids. There is alot of disrespect with the upper staff that contradicts what they are supposed to be teaching. The main Clearwater office is completely disconnected from their programs and are anything but helpful

Great people, purposeful work. You feel as though you're making a difference and you are appreciated for your efforts.

Cons

Same thing, day in and day out. Monotonous and sometimes unnecessary. Management is not necessarily qualified or best suited.

Very numbers driven Lack of Managerial support (managers from other departments will tell you you have to do something when it is not something that is able to be done) Micromanaging Negative work environment Lots of blaming/try to deflect blame They don't value employees, it's basically a revolving door, everyone is replaceable/expendable
