      Pros

      Flexibility and you get to help some really great families. They were really committed to helping the families that we served.

      Cons

      The environment was very messy and the leadership participated in some of the mess. There was a show of favoritism towards some employees from leadership. No room for advancement or raises.

      Great company to work for. PTO is generous, as well as paid holidays. Webinars keep employees on the same page.

      Getting paid twice a month is tough at first. Benefits are a little pricey Overall a good company to work for..
